The property was pleasant with amiable staff at the reception desk.

Luxury and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were highly efficient, and it had handy location close to everything in Avignon.

The staff were helpful and attentive, everything was perfect. Brand-new, huge room with balconies overlooking main street connecting the station to centre of town, spacious bathroom, a bath tub. The facilities were good.

We had an extra special experience here. Room was lovely romantic, pleasant staff. Service was outstanding, shared information about a palace and a cathedral very close to the hotel.

Reasonably priced location and clean place, I enjoyed GENUINELY HELPFUL staff. I booked suite with backyard view. Quick check-in and nice customer service. There was a great restaurant, a convenience shop and supermarket next door.

The location was decent, the public spaces were reasonably clean and the stuff was thorough! Stayed in cheap classic room with spacious bathroom, the sofa-bed plus a balcony. I liked modern restaurant. And it was near a train station.

Our hotel was located close to tourist attractions like palais des papes. Good value and location was great. Large room. Every member of the staff was friendly.

Nice interior and huge rooms. If you want to explore palais des papes, choose this place. The location was PERFECT, we really enjoyed it. A train station was close to the entrance.
